Our Projects

66-01 BURNS ST

This renovation successfully bridged the gap between a chaotic construction site and a sophisticated, functional workspace. By replacing exposed plumbing and unfinished skeletons with bright white Shaker-style cabinetry and a seamless countertop, the room has been completely redefined. The addition of a classic herringbone tile backsplash provides subtle texture and depth, while the integration of modern stainless steel appliances and strategic under-cabinet lighting ensures the space is as practical as it is aesthetic. Grounded by durable, large-format stone-look floor tiles, the finished kitchen delivers a cohesive, high-end environment that prioritizes clean lines and a timeless, neutral palette.

65-48 168th STREET

This bathroom renovation masterfully balances bold contrast with organic textures to create a sophisticated, high-end retreat. The striking black zellige-style wall tiles provide a deep, glossy backdrop that highlights the floating marble block vanity, while the classic white hexagon floor tiles offer a timeless foundation. By pairing moody olive-green walls with modern globe sconces and sleek chrome fixtures, the design achieves a "moody-meets-modern" aesthetic that feels both intimate and spacious. Below the surface, precise engineering was required to support the massive, 90+ lb marble vanity; the wall was stripped to the studs to install a custom-welded steel cantilever support system capable of distributing the immense torque and preventing structural failure. This attention to detail, from the seamless glass shower enclosure to the carefully integrated recessed shelving and hidden structural skeleton, maximizes the room’s footprint without sacrificing its distinct, luxury character.

25 EAST 69TH STREET

This project involved the replacement of the penthouse roof and terrace pavers to address persistent leaks impacting the apartment below. The scope of work included the installation of a new multi-level roofing system and durable pedestal pavers, ensuring both watertight integrity and a functional outdoor living space.

As part of the remediation, we also reconstructed the masonry parapets, incorporating new through-wall flashing and stone copings to prevent future water infiltration at the roof perimeter. This systemic approach not only resolved the interior moisture issues but also modernized the penthouse’s structural and aesthetic finishes.

20 WEST END AVENUE (HESCHEL SCHOOL)

We conducted a FISP (Facade Inspection & Safety Program) cycle inspection for this property to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings regulations. While the building features a modern non-masonry curtain wall system, NYC law mandates regular inspections for all structures over six stories, regardless of construction material. Our team performed the required close-up examinations and filed the necessary reports to maintain the building’s compliant status and ensure the long-term safety of the exterior envelope.
